Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
For orders of 10 signs or more, bulk discounts are available. Please contact us for more information!
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your purchase. After that time period, your order has gone into production and cannot be edited. If you would like to make a change, email hello@shopcompanyofhorses as soon as possible.
I don’t see the color, font, etc I’d like for my sign. Help!
Other colors, stains and font styles are available upon request. Please check with us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate!

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of the product, signs are shipped within 2 weeks from when the order is placed. An rush fee can be applied to your order for an additional $20. Apparel and stickers are shipped within 2 business days.
Where are you located?
We are based in Gardiner, Maine and ship all over the United States! International ordering will be available soon.

Can I return my custom sign?
All custom sign orders are non-refundable. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for refund. If you are not satisfied with your sign, please contact us.
Can I return pre-made signs?
For pre-made signs, returns are available within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be in the same condition they were shipped in, with any tags still attached.
